Rules of The Irish Toffees Supporters Club in Ireland
1. The club is a non-political, non-sectarian organisation formed to promote the interests of Everton Football Club and all of the Everton supporters based in Ireland.
2. All persons accepted into membership of the club will be issued with a membership number & other pertinent club information upon payment of relevant fees.
3. All committee members must be elected at the Annual General Meeting.
4. All nominations for officers for the committee must be received in writing at least one month in advance of the A.G.M.
5. Membership of the club does not automatically guarantee members tickets for football matches.
6. A member will be immediately expelled if found selling match tickets acquired through this club, on the black market.
7. Members deemed to have brought the club into disrepute or damaged the good name of Everton Football Club, at home, in the UK or abroad will be expelled.
8. All applications for membership must agree to abide by the rules of the club before being accepted into membership. Membership runs only for the duration of the current season in which you apply (unless otherwise stated).
9. Tickets must be requested through the club and not from any unofficial source.
10. It is your responsibility to provide us with an E-Ticket number, you can get one from www.evertonfc.com. This is very important for high demand match tickets.
11. To secure your match ticket bookings and as a commitment on your part it is required and necessary to submit all monies due (or as specified by travel officer) within 5 working days to the Treasurer. Failure to do this may result in your booking becoming void, i.e. crossed off.
12. Due to possible fluctuations in exchange rates a maximum of €2.50 is possible on top of the price of a match ticket.
